"My 3 year old daughter saw Dr. Lord today and she did amazing. Usually she is not interested at all in sitting in the chair letting the doctor look in her ear/nose/mouth but he made it fun for her. Letting her “ride” in the chair, made her a funny chicken balloon out of a glove, and just made her feel safe being there. The girls in the front office were amazing too! Will be back to this office for any further issues."

"Not a fan of this practice. First, I was told that they were in network by their employee and my insurance company and yet I received a letter after my visit indicating that they were out of network. During my first visit, I filled out 15 pages of information which included forms that said if they did any procedure / surgeries, they would notify you of your out-of-pocket cost immediately. In addition there were several they wanted me to sign before they even saw me that was authorizing this service. I didn't feel comfortable doing that so I didn't. I'm glad I didn't because evidently the tool/procedure he used to explore my sinuses is considered a surgery. I was not informed of that or my cost until I received a very expensive EOB from my insurance company this week. If they had bothered to inform me of my cost, we could have rectified the not in network immediately before they continued with the visit. In addition, I felt completely ignored by Dr Lord. He didn't listen to anything I said it all. It seems like no matter what your problem is they have a set set of procedures that include this expensive exploratory procedure and then they automatically refer you to allergy testing. I suspected this by all of the paperwork they tried to have you sign but I was hoping differently. I'm not having typical allergy issues. I specifically told him I was on a medication that the biggest side effect was upper respiratory issues and if I don't take the medicine I don't have the issues. That didn't seem to matter, he proceeded with their normal set list of procedures. I left with no help and simply being told to use a saline rinse. Just wow for a bill that is more than $1,000 ‼️ I can't understand how everyone else has had such an amazing experience. I'm very disappointed and angry... And still sick."

"I had a failed sinus surgery in 2008. Since then I have experience sinus infections regularly. The past 2 years I have been on antibiotics and steroids more days then not. I’ve seen ENTs but all they would do is put me on a 21 day course of antibiotics and tell me I needed a CT scan but couldn’t get one approved. In December my doctor suggested I see a different ENT. I went expecting the same results, instead I meet Dr. Lord. He came in the room and numbed my nose but instead of walking back out till it was numb he set down and started asking me everything about my sinus past. Before December was over I had a CT scan and allergy testing. I have since had a very successful sinus surgery. No more sinus pressure and no more constant pain in my face. My experience has been extremely positive. I now take my 9 year old to Dr. Lord."
