Nicholas Kelley is a board-certified pediatrician who joined Children's Medical Group in 2019. Originally from McDonough, Georgia, he completed his undergraduate studies at Georgia Institute of Technology and attended Mercer University for medical school. Dr. Kelley completed his pediatric residency at Greenville Health System and has a special interest in newborn care, mental health, asthma, and adolescent care. Prior to joining Children's Medical Group, Dr. Kelley worked at Spartanburg Pediatric Health Center and Spartanburg Night Clinic, where he served as Medical Director and later as Community Liaison for Spartanburg, Union, and Cherokee Counties.
