"Dr. Orewa is wonderful. However the staff is horrible and unprofessional. I have been waiting 3 WEEKS for them to fill out some very important paperwork. Every time I call to inquire, they have an attitude as if I have done something wrong when they haven't done their jobs. They had the paperwork in hand when I left their establishment on Monday 8/21 and said that I would get a call by the end of the week to pick the paperwork when it was finished. It is now Friday 9/8 at my deadline for my paperwork and I have yet to receive a phone call back after my multiple attempts and phone calls to them. Very unprofessional to say the least."
