"what kinda clothing store doesn’t allow you to try on clothes? they say they have a full refund policy… but only for a store credit back to the same goodwill? make it make sense. edit to respond to the manager: I didn’t even end up purchasing the items. it’s insane to try to give a gift card and not cash back. i don’t even live near this location so when would I be able to spend the card? you get your inventory for FREE so why have you no resources for opening dressing rooms? it’s an asinine policy."

"I’m a everyday client to this store I believe is a wonderful store with some exceptions but overall good store I just have a little incident with a price box This item was mark down $6.09 front desk manager saying that price was incorrect base on some of the items inside. Property manager decide to rise up the price to $16.09 I didn’t agree for the reason that the box was already mark down $6.09"
"When shopping at Goodwill you have to keep your eyes and mind open. I have 5 great shirts that I purchased from there that I love. And a drinking glass that shames the glass stets that I spent much money on. Keep your eyes open and keep your mind open. And please try on things before you buy. I also donate to Goodwill. Just because I don't want something anymore doesn't mean that someone else wouldn't love to have it."
