"Not bad with the medical staff. But the girl at the window as you come in the main door. She needs to let the patient/patient's family talk first. I tried to tell her my daughter had an appointment today, thinking she might have an appointment book or something showing why the patients are coming in. She tried to talk over me and made a irritated face when I tried to tell her why my daughter is there, since she acted like she didn't know. Very unprofessional as being the first person as you see coming in for a procedure/appointment! Other than that everything went great!"
"Dr. Galambos and his staff were wonderful when I had my endoscopy and colonoscopy in their office surgical suite in Jasper, GA. From the time I put my gown on until I left, everyone was wonderful. Everyone was smiling and super friendly. Making these tests a lot easier. Recommend this experience to everyone. Thank you for the experience at a time when a patient is anxious. An added nice touch was sending me home with images of the exams and showing where the images were on a picture. Very interesting to me ad a retired caregiver."
"EVERYONE is so kind, I was a nervous mess and the nurse was a dear. She calmed me down and was so understanding. My procedure went super smooth and the communication between myself, the nurse and the Dr. was perfect. I will never be nervous to go there again!"
