"Don't use this pharmacy!!!! 3rd prescription in 2 weeks that they don't have or can't fill and the automated phone system should be used as a tourture method as I couldn't even get a person on the phone to ask about said unfillable meds . We will be switching to Walgreens ."
"In Dec CVS was the only pharmacy opened in Kingsland when I needed to fill my husband's prescriptions from Brunswick Hospital! I had to drive in the poring rain from Brunswick to Kingsland before it closed. They was very helpful and attentive! I was a wreak that night because after 5 weeks of him being hospitalized & Chemo, Cancer he was coming home! This was on the 10 th of Dec 2023, I got his med and raced home, but I was very pleased with their concerns to help me and make my life easier for a bit! Thank You CVS Pharmacy Staff! My Husband made it though till Christmas Day, then he was called home by God! But I was touched by your care! Mrs. C. G."
"Called on Thursday to transfer a prescription and they told me it would be ready in 24-48 hours. Followed up on Monday to find out they never initiated the transfer... Thank goodness it isn't a life saving medication."
