"I called 2/16/2024 8:10am to ask about the item I might leave in the hotel when I was staying previous week. Absolutely rude. I couldn’t believe that I called the hotel to get those type of rushing/rude/nasty attitude. She kept cutting me off several times, and transferred me to the manager who was not even there yet. Hotel management, you should know what type of people you should hire for hospitality business. Will never go back, and I will do what it takes to make sure this claim got heard. Unbelievable ."

"It was a little dated when I visited but a quiet location with comfortable beds. Excellent service from the staff. Several food options in walking distance or a short drive away. Definitely would stay again."

"The room itself was pretty nice. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. There were spots on the ceiling that looked like rain had leaked at some point and caused damage. Our room also had not been thoroughly cleaned as there were dirty socks. The front desk left much to be desired. We were not greeted when we came in… and in fact we waited and nobody ever came to the desk so we used our digital key. The second day I had a very unpleasant interaction with the front desk attendant as she pretty much implied I was trying to stay another day without reserving the room… which was not true at all. I had reserved the stay for two nights. She didn’t apologize for the inconvenience… she just confirmed my information and sent me and my husband on the way. Customer service was important to me, and it wasn’t an issue that she wanted to verify the information, the issue was the manner in which she approached me. It was my husband’s birthday weekend so he asked me not to make a big deal out of the interaction… but it was very disappointing Update as of 1/25/24: Mr. Flanagan who is the general manager, reached out to me directly about my stay. He apologized for the experience we had and assured me that he would look into the issues I mentioned and have a conversation with the staff. I really appreciate his transparency and accountability. For that reason I have given my overall stay 3/5 instead of the initial 2/5."

"We stayed at this hotel for leisure visit. Hotel is at end of old strip mall. Room was not clean and had a musty odor that was also throughout the hallways. Bathroom was dirty, tub especially! Food at breakfast was not hot - cold to barely warm. Bagels were stale. Will not return here in future."

"Front desk clerk displayed no customer service. Dirty face cloths holding open doors everywhere. Took her 15 minutes to come out back to the desk. 1st room she gave me had not been cleaned. Went back to the front desk took her another 15 minutes to appear . 2nd room on the 1st floor had weeds growing on the windows and worms and insects crawling through the weeds. Very dark room lighting awful. I couldn’t open the blinds because a parking lot was right next to the window. Window glass was broken as though someone tried to break in the room. I was terrified. I didn’t get a wink of sleep between that and the horrible smell like animal urine that was coming from the floor and the couch. I literally went to the store and got some fabric refresher and carpet fresh to try to make it through the night. It didn’t help . I ended up laying at the bottom of the bed closer to the door to get away from the smell. It was the most awful smell I had ever witnessed in a hotel. I stay in at least 20-25 a year. I always stay at Hampton Inn as I am a Diamond member. I never complain unless it is just so bad I need to let someone know do it can be fixed. I usually get a thank you for my stay and a survey which I did not get. This hotel definitely needs to be looked into. I left the next morning and went to the Marriott down the street."
