"This company has the absolute worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. I was recently involved in a bad accident which was not my fault. This was the at-fault party's Insurance Company. From the very first day after contacting them it went downhill from there. The level of customer service that I received from agent Mary guinyard was appalling. There's nothing worse than getting your car totaled only to be told there's nothing that they can do for you. Not even provide a rental car or any assistance. Be aware if you ever have to file a claim with this company it will be the very worst process that you ever have to deal with in your life."

"Kim Ansley is an arrogant person......not sure why she chose her profession as an insurance agent. I would not recommend her to anyone which is unfortunate since Farm Bureau is a good company."
