"Good customer service, bad experience. Decided to take advantage of the refund advance loan that was offered back in December. All I had to do was bring in a check stub and then bring my actual w-2 and other tax docs once I received them in January. Well apparently, one of their associates “mistakenly” filed/sent a few of their clients returns without the proper docs and now those clients, myself included, have to do an amended return. Wasn’t offered any compensation for the inconvenience. The two ladies that I worked with on two different occasions were great, but I have to return yet again to get the paperwork to send off for the amended return. Needless to say, this was my first & last time utilizing their services."
