"As someone who values positive reviews, I always give businesses ample opportunity to correct any issues before leaving negative feedback. Years ago, I attempted to do business with SourceOne, but unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired, so I decided not to pursue further. Recently, I decided to give SourceOne another chance, hoping that things had improved. After speaking with the owner and discussing the previous issues, I felt comfortable giving them another opportunity. Initially, things seemed to be going well for the first 2-3 months. I was informed that I would receive monthly updates but stopped receiving them after the initial period. On January 5, 2024, I reached out to the owner for an update and was informed on January 6, 2024, that disputes could not be resolved monthly but every 90 days. When I called the office on April 8 for another update, I encountered a very rude employee who was dismissive and unprofessional. Despite my attempts to address the issue, the situation escalated, and I was told that my file would be handed over to Brenda without any further details provided. Despite multiple attempts to contact Ms. Brenda starting April 8, via calls, texts, and emails, I have not received a response as of today. April 26th was my last attempt trying to contact Ms. Brenda. In my last attempt, I expressed to her that I was reaching out again in hopes of resolving the matter at hand and restoring our business dealings to a satisfactory level. I wanted to discuss the issues I have encountered and clarify the status of my file. I value our partnership and was eager to work together towards a resolution and continue our business relationship on a positive note. I have given ample time for a reply. I have left messages at the office and still have not received a reply. Given the lack of professionalism and communication, especially after the second unsatisfactory experience, I have made the decision to dissolve my business relationship with SourceOne Capital. I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to others. I value partnerships built on trust, professionalism, and communication, and unfortunately, SourceOne Capital has failed to meet these standards."
