Panera Bread

"I had never been to Panera Bread until I went with my daughter in California. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to go to the one near my home in Loganville, GA. I went through the drive through and picked up a 1/2 Steak and White Ceddar Cheese sandwich ($9.49) and a Carmel Latte ($4.99). When I got home I opened the bag and took out the sandwich. It was about 2 1/2 long and looked like two piece of bread without any ingredients. I opened it up and it had one small piece of very thin sliced meat that was not as big as the bread and had very little cheese. The steak looked like about a half of a steakumm. The Carmel Latte was so full of ice and whipped cream that i drank it all in about 3 or 4 sips. So disappointed. I would have taken it back but I was on crutches and already at home. I don’t mind paying for good food and appropriate portions but this was a total ripoff."

"This is the worse Panera I have been too. Each time I come this location, the service sucks. I ordered a kids turkey and cheese with chips and got turkey and cheese with nothing on it and yogurt. The lady asked if I wanted to sub the yogurt and I said, yes for chips. Got the order and it still had yogurt in it. I asked to order another smoothie at the window and they told me drive back around, when there were no cars in line. Establishments no longer take pride in customer service anymore. I am over this location! And it’s literally only this location do I get these sup par experiences from."

"If you’re looking for a location that has everything in stock on the menu CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION! This is now my FOURTH time coming here and they were out of Asiago bagels! I have spoken to TWO MANAGERS about this and still they haven’t had enough and it was only 1:30pm!!! This store needs better management and a better grip on sales and inventory!"

"People can be so picky. This Panera is just fine. They always treat me well, the food is good and it’s always clean. I’m sure they’re not perfect but my experience has always been pleasant."
