"Been here twice and been very happy each time! I’ve bought a beautiful light fixture for half the cost it would be at Home Depot and a landscape lighting transformer for literally a tiny fraction of the cost it would be new. I understand how some people may feel they had a bad experience here, but you have to recognize that the stuff sold here is either mildly damaged, or otherwise not wanted by the original seller store for some reason. Will I go here to get everything I possibly need home improvement-wise? No, it’s not meant for that. But will I go here for common or easy things like light fixtures, flooring, and various other small things? Absolutely! If I know I want something from the big box stores, I’ll often check here first to see if I can find it cheaper."

"Do not make any purchases in advance at this place. The owners are the sorriest excuses for business owners I have ever felt with. I purchased flooring from this place close to a month ago. I met Chris in the store and I’ve also dealt with Tyler through this process as well. Chris told me he had part of the amount of flooring I needed and had a truck delivering the rest a couple days later. He told me he couldn’t hold the flooring for us unless I paid for it in advance so I did because he seemed like a nice guy. Now it’s been over 3 weeks since I paid for the flooring my both Chris and Tyler will not return our phone calls or texts. The couple times we have gotten them to answer the phone it’s been from numbers they didn’t recognize and each time they give us contradicting stories about the status of the order we placed with them. They have been ignoring us for almost a month now after they took our money. We have went up there multiple times to try to sort this issue out in person and they are never there and they employees that are actually there can’t ever get in contact with them and they “don’t have permission” or “don’t have access” to give us any answers or to even just give us a refund. We would still much rather pay the full price at Home Depot than have to deal with these incompetent, dishonest, and unprofessional people."

"Great store to save money on home renovation products. Chris, Tyler and everyone who works there are always friendly and are more than helpful. Very reasonable prices! We have purchased bathroom vanities, flooring, string trimmer, etc. I like going in there because there is always new stuff. What an asset to Dawsonville!"

"I purchased a bath tub with walls about two months ago, when I got it home I noticed it was cracked, I returned it and Chris was very nice and assured me he would swap it and have the tub repaired, he promised to let me know when it was ready, while there returning it I purchased a bathroom vanity, Chris told me the top was included but had to be fabricated. I've returned to the store several times since and no top for the vanity and no tub, now Chris ignores my calls and text messages. Everyone needs to be aware of how they are operating at the liquidation hut!"
