Born in New York City and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Dr. Frazier obtained her medical degree from the University of Florida in 2002. She completed her Pediatric Residency at Westchester Medical Center in 2005 and her Pediatric Neurology Residency at State University of New York Downstate in 2008. Dr. Frazier also completed a Neurophysiology Fellowship at Emory University in 2009.
