"Never purchase anything from this dishonest, unprofessional business! I ordered a deluxe peace lily to be delivered to a local funeral home on Friday, August 13, 2021. The plant was never delivered. I called and they did not correct the issue. The family member had to go by to pick up the plant from their business. When I received pictures of the plant, it was not what I paid a total of $62.15. The plant had a burned dead leaf and when I called to inform the unprofessional lady Cindy, got rude and hung the phone up in my face. If you ordered online from out-of-town make sure you check with the person you sent to and make sure it's what you ordered because they will try and get over. If I were you I wouldn't risk using them. I've added the disgusting plant that I paid $62.15 for. Also, contacting the Better Business Bureau."
"5 star service. I was behind in planning and forgot to order flowers. I called and they were delivered same day an hour later. She loved them!!!"
"They did an amazing job. Was worried about the color of the teddy bear and the balloon since I couldnt see it online. I was going to write for then to choose something rainbow since we both love rainbow . Instead I wrote choose the best one available . It was perfect ! The balloon is awesome rainbow and the bows are lime green her favorite color . On top of it all they picked polka dots matching the gift her boyfriend gave her . Thank you guys !"
"I was in need of an arrangement on very short notice and Lavene came through for me in a big way. Literally within 30 minutes of calling in and inquiring about an order, I was walking out of the store with a wonderful arrangement that she had made for me. This was on a holiday, too! Thank you, Lavene!"
