"**UPDATE** Still just as bad. They reguse to open a register. You can only use the u-scan. If you ask they get bothered by you asking. Never going back. Absolutely wretched. They will NOT open a register even with a line of 15 people and making us use the scan register instead. 4 of us left them with our products and walked out. Poor customer service and manager just walked away from us all. Contacted corporate and waiting to hear back from them."

"The woman who helped me said she couldn't find my wife in my tricare. Which sent me on a wild goose chase calling tricare, just to wind up telling that woman the same information we gave her the 1st time. Miraculously she was able to pull it up. Then she was rude about it like it was our fault. How about instead of asking for information, then cutting me off halfway through, then not even asking me to finish giving you the info, you actually listen to what I'm telling you. I know the information you need. If you had taken it, you would've saved me nearly 2 hours. I don't care that you're the pharmacist. This is military insurance, I served nearly 10 years, listen to what I'm telling you and you wouldn't have to get frustrated with how impatient I'm getting because you refuse to give me a chance to explain it to you. Stop interrupting people and talking to them like they are ignorant. I don't know her name. But this happened between 9:30 and 11 a.m. on Wednesd.ay, September 13th, 2023"

"The Customer Service used to be fantastic at this pharmacy location but has really gone downhill in the last few months. Most, but not all employees need to work on their customer service skills. Also, they are out of a few prescriptions I have to have every month and they don't seem to care. I understand that they can't control the manufacturer is experiencing a shortage right now. I called to express my concerns and neither did I get an apology just the callous comment of "I can't make a prescription appear". This type of service is unacceptable and quite rude. They need to do better than this or they will lose customers. I understand the 2.7 rating they receive now. I never leave negative reviews but this location used to be 5 stars and now it's a 2 at best. Very disappointed"
