Chacko, Allergy, Asthma and Sinus Center of Johns Creek

"The doctor was good. They talked through my allergies and blood testing that I could do. However, I never got any follow up email after the appointment with the actual paperwork that I needed to show to Labcorps to get my blood testing done. They said they would be sending it shortly after my appointment. My appointment was at 7:45 in the morning, and I called them again around noon. They said they would send it do me again right away and they still did not. They put my email incorrectly into their system when I initially made my appointment, but I called to correct the email the day before my appointment. I also gave them my correct email when I checked into my appointment, after my appointment, and again when I called them around noon. It got to the point when I just decided to drive back to the clinic only to find that their hours posted on Google as well as their own website are incorrect. I got to the clinic at 4:00pm and it was already closed. I already told them that I wanted to do my blood testing today due to it being difficult to have the time to do it. I don’t usually write reviews but this was genuinely one of the most frustrating doctor’s appointments that I have even been to due to the lack of communication from their end, false promises, and still not being able to get my blood testing done because of the lack of paperwork."

"Dr. Lanier and the staff were very helpful and comforting in assessing my skin condition. They were patient in listening and answering my questions. They did an allergy test on my back and we found out that I indeed allergic to a few things. I was prescribed some medication and so far it’s been 3 days and it’s working. The wait time was quick, staff and doctor were knowledgeable and helpful, I’d recommend going to them."

"I had an entirely positive experience with the Chacko team. It began with their scheduling team, who attentively discussed their availability, the urgency of my healthcare requirements, and ultimately found a solution that suited me at one of their locations. This positive experience continued when I was warmly greeted by Kayleigh (apologies if misspelled) shortly after my arrival. Subsequently, the medical staff, including Dr. Lanier and her medical assistant/nurse (whose name escapes me), demonstrated exceptional intelligence and approachability as they addressed my healthcare needs in a manner that was both comprehensible and empathetic. They served not only as caregivers but also as educators, equipping me with the knowledge to manage my health effectively. I am immensely grateful for the Dr. Lanier team at Chacko Allergy Center!!!"

"Chacko was very communicative leading up to our appointment with texts and emails. Since the Duluth office was under renovations, we had to go to the Johns Creek location. It's a beautiful building with lots of parking spots. The front staff was friendly and efficient. One point off b/c the lady that took us to the room wasn't very friendly. No smile, no introduction, just called our name and for us to follow her. Not a good way to start off an 8 AM appointment early in the morning. Everyone else after her were very friendly from the PRN, Nurse/Tech, and Dr. Lanier. We were in and out within 1 hr 15 mins."

"My experience at Chacko Allergy was great. The staff truly cared about my well-being and every one of them did all they could to accommodate my needs. It’s a long drive from where I live but I’ll most def return because of the high quality of care."
