"Tommy is a very good and honest businessman. Today I went back to have a windshield strip installed, but his son informed me that because I was critical of the work they did when installing my windshield film, that he prefer I go to someone else. So as a customer if you see bubbles, flaws or glue in the film wouldn’t you want it fixed? I ask because I want to know if I have as being critical or expected the quality work that DarkSide has a reputation of doing. I was recommended to Dark Side but I guess expecting high quality work isn’t allowed by Tommy’s son. On their 3 attempt there are still flaws and even glue under the tint. I didn’t ask them to replace it I just accepted it. That’s why I went back to get a strip installed, but they didn’t want my business. If anyone wants to see what I am talking about feel free to contact me and I will send pictures. I will say the employees that did my wife’s windshield did a fantastic job a without any flaws. That’s all I was expecting for my vehicle."
