Coach Josh, a former competitive gymnast, specializes in biomechanics and has a proven track record of helping gymnasts and cheerleaders achieve their goals. Coach Allegra, a mother of three, emphasizes the importance of fundamental strength and skills in gymnastics. Coach Brenden, a student at the University of Alabama, brings his experience as a competitive cheerleader and dancer to his coaching. Christine Cook, with 33 years in the gymnastics world, oversees our recreational programs with a strong foundational curriculum. Natalie, a former level 8 gymnast, brings her patience and dedication to our tot classes.

Russell State Park. With 10 of the 18 holes skirting the picturesque shoreline of Lake Richard B. Russell, golfers can enjoy breathtaking views while navigating the course's challenging elevation changes, doglegs, and strategically placed bunkers.
