Most calls are managed in real time with a single call. Rarely, a call back is required if all their techs are on other calls. On a support call, Alltek team remain professional and courteous even when a doctor is having a professional tantrum, resolving issues ranging from internet and printer connectivity to computer crashes, usually in a few minutes. On a larger scale, over the last 3 or 4 years, Alltek has devised and implemented a number of strategies to optimize our entire IT "ecosystem" to meet our specific needs, always keeping in mind our budgetary constraints. As a result, our staff are working more efficiently and our IT infrastructure is safer and far less obtrusive. I don't usually write gushing reviews, but in this case frankly it's warranted.
