"My family and I stayed at this hotel for one night and it was the most horrible experience I have ever had. There was a terrible smell of smoke in the room even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room, the covers had stains all over them, and the bathroom was dirty. When management was made aware of the issues they became very argumentative and was basically telling us that they did not smell or see anything that we were complaining about. They refused to provide us with another room even though the hotel was practically empty. They were rude and displayed horrible customer service. I will never stay here again and would not recommend anyone staying here especially if you children!!!"

"Front desk employees/Owners were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and there were really nice fluffy towels. Outside doors could use new paint."

"I am a regular at this hotel; have been for a few months. I have been in about 10 different rooms in that time, so I think I understand the hotel well. The rooms aren't perfect, the building definitely shows its age and there are many things that need work. I do find some humor in this as it seems like each room has its own funny little quirk(s). As for service its harder to say, the hotel has been under new management for just the past couple months, but they seem to be motivated to satisfy their customers. One thing I will say I disapprove of is the breakfast; while it is nice to have convenient and free breakfast, it is in fact the same eggs and sausage every day. If they did even some different things like bacon, biscuits, gravy, bagels etc it would be much better. Last but certainly not least, is the location of the hotel. This place is in a very convenient spot (with the exception of having to do a U-turn just to get to the darn place) because its surrounded by a ton of stuff. Shopping centers, restaurants, pharmacies and heck even the hospital is just next door if you need it. In conclusion, the hotel is by no means luxury, but its not meant to be; its cheap, its convenient, and even though the wifi is a bit hit or miss it will get you through the night/week."

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Check in was very quick and rooms very clean and fresh smelling. Only suggestion I can give is that the rooms need pictures on the walls. It would make for a more home experience. Bare walls give a empty feeling. I appreciate the fact that I was allowed a late check out as well and nobody came beating and knocking on my door before the allotted time was up. This hotel is close to numerous restaurants and convenience store . I would recommend and would definitely stay again."
