Dunkin'

"Really, I'm just posting cuz I realized I haven't posted about THIS Dunkin'.... Say what you want, but if you like your hash browns seasoned, crispy, and nice and hot, this is the place to be! Never ONCE have I gotten a soggy, greasy, slimy bag full of disappointment from here, these hash browns put the brown in hash and the hash in brown! - The service is mostly good: I did get a disappointing latte one time. But those hash browns keep me coming back..... Overall, it's a good Dunkin'! Maybe ? ( obviously ) I'm biased - BUT - The service is always polite, to me, if not pleasant & cordial. The inside is always clean and well-kept. The traffic surrounding it can be a beast, but they can hardly do anything about that. Overall, I like it. Just save me some hash browns lol"

"The woman working the drive thru window on the morning of 10/19 was absolutely stellar. She was friendly and cheerful at the box, greeted me with a huge smile, and had a pleasant conversation with me at the window as my drink was being handed out. I didn’t catch her name, but it took the edge off of the morning that she was so kind and cheerful while working a job that is frequently stressful and tends to batter the employees who work it. Additionally, sometimes with Dunkin my coffee is hit or miss but that morning it was absolutely perfect. I placed a mobile order that was ready when I got there, the coffee tasted great, and she was really the sweetest. I’ll definitely be returning!"

"So they gave me a half full drink because I said no ice and wanted to charge me for extra milk! So inconsistent! Bye bye Dunkin! This is why ppl go to other coffee shops! You are at best mediocre! I feel bad for all the other nice ppl who work there apart from the attitude women who served me! Shame!"

"Please read the comments and do not come. theres a Dunkin up the road across McDonald’s. I have came to this location 3 TIMES AND OUT OF THOSE 3 TIMES MY FOOD IS ALWAYS BURNT ! I just stopped by TODAY because I WANTED TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER TRY SINCE I LIVE ACROSS ! But AGAIN with the burn food and my bagel was so hard my teeth hurt to even bite and I asked them to lightly toast. Not only that the employee’s are rude . Always looking at you crazy . And not to mention the district manager Michael said “stop by in the a.m and I will give you a refund” . Michael knows who I am and didn’t even show up . Left his workers clueless of who I was , and on top of that he said I’ll give you food and refund back . I got just my refund and they didn’t even offer replacing my food . So sad . Please close down I’m okay with the Dunkin up the road , we do not need two."
