"This afternoon I traveled to the Dunkin’ Donuts location n Sandy Springs, Georgia to get my daughter and her friends a couple donuts for a commute home. I tried to place a simple order but I was engaged with such a rude, short tempered, and disrespectful employee named Brandon at this location that I canceled my request and left right away as I did not believe my business should be given to this kind of environment. I am writing this now as I believe this kind of behavior should be brought up to managers as well as potential customers. This experience has left such a negative impact for me that I am willing and will be happy traveling further way for our future personal orders, as well as for our business orders. The Sandy Springs location should truly consider putting somebody better skill at dealing with people in a general customer service fashion, then to place somebody who isn’t meant to be the face of Service for Dunkin’ Donuts."
"Gave them another chance after a couple of bad visits I had. They were very helpful and everything went really well. Inside the store was very clean, my order was made to perfection, the staff were all very kind and welcoming. They definitely redeemed themselves."
"Overall I had an okay experience. The drive-thru line moved quickly, the employee that took my order was polite, and the person I was with and I received our order swiftly. My issue lies with the man who prepared our food items. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and an egg, thinking it wouldn't be too complex of an order, but the food prepper took issue with it, loudly saying in a rude tone, "Plain bagel with cream cheese, add a fried egg, sure, why the hell not?" This might not be a big deal to some people, but it's just a matter of being professional and courteous to your guests, especially if they are within earshot. Probably won't be coming back to this location."
"A cashier by the name of Angel was horrible. She had two puff balls in here, just to give a better description. I asked for a warmed croissant and this is what she gave me. If you don’t like your job Angel, quit. The service I received was unacceptable and you will not make it in the world with your attitude. Ima black girl just like you…trust me. I know. The young man made my sandwich and she handed it to me. I feel sorry for y’all kids. Headed nowhere fast."
