"Versy dissatisfied with this practice as a whole. First visit was stellar. They rolled out all of the welcome wagon and had a patient advocate meet with us and exchanges information in case we ever had questions or needed anything. After that, everything took a huge nose dive. They are definitely NOT in a place where they shoulda be taking new patients. Always short staffed, never returns phone calls or emails, errors in my son's records, and today we should up for vaccines that he must have for school only to be told they are out of one that is mandatory. No one was going to say anything. Had I not checked the paperwork I would be screwed. Now, we are sitting in a parking lot with a 1 hour wait because we had to go to another location to finish this visit. Did I mention that I asked specifically to see the same doctor that my son saw the first time. I was assured that he would see that Dr. We showed up today only to be told that Dr. is at another location on Monday's. Very sad because this practices has the potential to be great, but they just aren't. Save yourself the headache and frustration. Take your children somewhere else."

"If I could give no stars, I would. I literally arrived 20 mins before my appointment (as instructed) just to sit for almost two hours before being told that their scheduling center booked the appointment at another location and that they had to transfer it over and that I’m now in line to be seen. Had I not stood up and asked what was taking so long I wonder if it would’ve ever come out. Also forms that I requested a month ago were still unavailable in fact they had no idea about the form itself let alone my request that was made for them. So after sitting with a new born and antsy toddler I left after two hours empty handed and with my kids never being seen. Will be looking for a new provider."

"My son had an ER follow up. His appointment was made for 9:15am to see Dr.Sanders. We arrived at 9am. At 9:15 the front desk asked did I want to wait for a while to see Dr.Sanders or see a NP. I explained to the front desk that my son has to be to school before 11:00am. She said it was nothing she could do “I could either sit and wait (which she didn’t know how long) or I could see the NP. I let her know I booked the appointment specifically with Dr.Sanders. I drove 38 minutes for nothing!!! This was very unprofessional and inconvenient!"

"First visit they are very generous they care about your well being very patient and involved with the little ones. Facility is very clean also no complaints. They call you ahead of time to get you all caught up with paper work etc and very good at reaching out if needed"
