I've dealt with a lot of Healthcare professionals in more recent years, and she is one of my favorite by far. Update 4/11: Wow, I spoke too soon. I had an appointment today at 11:45 and signed in at 11:40. I spent about 20 minutes in the waiting room, and that was fine. At approximately 12:30, I hear the receptionist going around calling for the Dr/NP/whoever I'm supposed to see today. Finally at 12:45, I ask the receptionist if I'm going to be seen because I work in Waycross and need to leave. She confirms my name and that I was just there for a lab follow-up, and then offers to have the doctor call me with my results. I was already frustrated with my wait, and knowing it could have been a phone exacerbated that frustration. I will be wrapping up my care with them after I receive the results of my follow-ups. I don't expect offices to keep their schedules, especially in a rural community like I'm in, but our time is just as valuable as theirs and that should be recognized and respected."

"Jennifer is an asset to McKinney medicine. She is one of two Practitioners that surpass the Dr.s employed there. Her ability to be totally present, genuinely compassionate with me under such stress due to the massive volume of appointments is mind-blowing. I don't want this review to seem over exaggerated but, I hope that this organization understands what she brings to the table and what a void will be left if she chooses to move on at any point. I have been a patient for many years and have seen a lot of turn over. I hope the powers that be take a note of how good she and others are at handling a work load that medical school didn't prepare the physicians for.
