"Don’t let any bad review steer you away. This is a family run business. I went corporate and they couldn’t help me. Title World was able to get me exactly what I needed. The process was very seamless, transparent, and stress free. I really enjoyed speaking to Berina! She is so kind and really made me feel comfortable. You can tell they care about their customers. I could go on and on! These people will work with you and understand hard times. The only thing they ask for is communication. It’s simple. If you can keep communicating if you hit a bump in the road there’s nothing for you to worry about. 10/10 would recommend."

"This is the worst place to go, DON’T USE THEM, I LOST MY JOB, AND THE MAN “JEREMY” Would not work with me, and I asked for a pay off amount, and I said ok it will take me a few days to get that together I’ll call you back and get it paid in full. He said ok... so I called back to make the payment and the lady said it would it would be $44 dollars more than what was told to me... when you are out of job and have to come up with a payoff, you don’t have room to add that much extra. Most loan officers give 10-14 days that a payoff is good for. This is supposed to be a family owned business and not supposed to be like other title loan companies, but they are just as bad and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM OR ANY title loan companies! I know not to do this kind of loan but I was in a desperate situation, at the time and thought it would be a safe transition thinking it is a family owned and not like others. BUT, BOY WAS I WRONG THEY ARE NO DIFFERENT!!!!!! Don’t use them or any one... he made the mistake of telling me “well I have to make a profit”.... yeah but you don’t take advantage of people!!!!!"
