"I was taking my riding lawn mower to be fixed, this, means I needed a utility trailer w/ramp. I get a utility trailer with a tailgate, I had to lift the mower off to the ground, this, pulling my back and in need of a chiropractor. When the counter girl and I went out she couldn't figure out which trailer, went to help and two people decided on the wrong trailer. As customers we don't always know your equipment, however, the staff should, very unknowledgeable of the equipment needed to do the job. I explained to them what I was doing and that I needed a ramp, evidently she had no idea what I needed. So very disappointed"
"Showed up and no one was there to give me my reserved rental. Never got a notice or anything that I had to use truck share at this location. So now I have to drive about 30 minutes out of my way and get the 26ft truck instead of a 15ft."
