"Horrible experience. Thanks to this company is highly unlikely that I’ll ever use another traveling agency in April 2022 I booked a trip to Houston Texas with a few friends to celebrate my 35th birthday. I paid a mandatory $500 security deposit that I was told would absolutely be refunded to me. A few days after my trip was over As long as the house was returned in great condition. Shortly after my trip, my phone calls and text messages. Inquiring about my refund were ignored for the most part, and when she did answer, she only gave me excuses. It is now January 2024 and I have yet to receive my $500 security deposit after multiple attempts to contact this company. She scammed me. But it’s fine because I will absolutely be taking legal action against this company this year now that I’ve dealt with some personal matters that we’re going on in my life and family. To add insult to injury, the house had multiple issues that were not addressed prior to our arrival. Broke down, bids, unclean, rooms, etc.. Several months after my trip she then tells me that there’s no denying that I am owed $500 from her but that I am just going to have to wait and deal with it. Despite that she told me it would only be a few days after my trip was done for me to get it back from her. Do not use this company. I waited almost a year and a half before leaving this review because I wanted to give her time to do the right thing and did not want to believe that this company has zero integrity but apparently it is what it is. Hopefully, once I win this lawsuit, it will show her that she can’t just treat and scam people anyway, she chooses."

"Incredible experience with Issia and her travel company for a vacation with my best friend for my birthday. From the recommendations, to all bookings and customer service….10/10. Working with others takes patience and she was always very responsive and willing to help with any needs/questions before and throughout the trip. The resort in Riviera Maya was absolutely breathtaking and she wasn’t kidding when she said all inclusive lol we ate and drank all that we could. Seriously looking forward to the next trip using her services. You can’t beat the quality. Check her out or you’re truly missing something that could be worth a lifetime of memories."
