"Me and my husband have been using H&R block for years tax preparation no problem price to get it done ridiculous. The issue I have I called about it and was pretty much called a liar from a person who states they have been working there for years with a person who did not give us the information we were told he did but this person wasn’t even there so how would they now if the other person told us or not and when I kept telling this person we was never told this information the person kept saying I’m sure the information was not withheld when I know for sure it was. We will not be returning to H&R Block ever again 16 years going here what a waste. And also the person who states they have been working there for years this was our first time ever seeing them in this office."

"It’s not the Lavonia office that I had a problem with. It’s the online people. Jonalyn G! She was no help. She said she would call but instead texted and she kept saying the same thing over and over. She didn’t understand my question bout filing in the status of it. I wouldn’t recommend doing online with H&R Block. Even if you pay for the expensive package like I did. I would do turboTax because at least with them I could actually get a person a real person to talk to instead of texting. And they understood my questions. This was the first time I have used them and it will be the last."
