"Amazing office staff. They went above and beyond and helped me as a new patient with an urgent need to procure an appointment. Regina in billing is a gem. She called me twice, as my insurance had changed, to make sure I would be prepared for any charges. She could have sent me in and let me unintentionally incur unknown charges, but she took the extra time to help me just like the person who scheduled me took the extra time and effort to get me scheduled. This place is top notch. Dr. Dobo is lovely. He explains everything slowly and carefully and checks to make sure the patient understands everything and all procedures. He shows genuine care, makes it clear he is not dismissing concerns, and makes sure he has addressed everything in question. I did not ever feel like he was in need of rushing away, even on a rainy day when the office was particularly packed. Very refreshing. This will be my forever dermatologist."
