"This place is awfully slow, the doctor has no bedside manner, and they didn't do anything to fix my problem. I was bit by a dog and he just put some tape over it that fell off in three days. I went to a hand specialist and he said I should have had stitches. I now have an ugly jagged scar because of the lack of care."
"Complete waste of time and money. Went there to have an x-ray of my foot after and injury to make sure there wasn't a break. I was told it was fine, just sprained. It was wrapped with an ace bandage and I paid $175. With no relief a week later, I scheduled and appointment with a Podiatrist and picked up my x-ray disc from the MD Immediate Care office. As soon as the dr. came in to see me, she informed me that my heel was in fact, broken. Another doctor bill to pay, as well as unnecessary pain and prolonged healing time. Will definitely NEVER be returning to this facility."
"Rant!!!!..... MD minor clinic in villa rica definitely not the place it used to be!! Sit in the lobby for an hour waiting to be called back, then put you in a room to sit for an hour! Pure ridiculousness!!!! Then the dr comes in and his bedside manner is the most obnoxious I have ever seen!! I could understand if this place was full of patients waiting to be see him! The most slowest nurse and Doctor in history! Next time we will suffer thru and see our regular doctor who knows how to take care of his patients!!!!!!! Rant over!"
"They really need more than one doctor working on a weekend. I have been here long enough to to watch the entire Matilda movie, there are still two ahead of me. Only two have been called back since I have been here. Either the dr is performing major surgery in the back or he needs a little pep in his step......."
