Providence Manor is a beautiful 45-unit one bedroom affordable housing complex located in the heart of Southwest Atlanta, Georgia. Sponsored by Providence Missionary Baptist Church and under the visionary leadership of Dr. Gerald L. Durley, this senior citizens complex opened its doors in August 2010 and is now owned and operated by an independent 501(C)(3) non-profit corporation – the Providence Manor Development Corporation. This vibrant community of active seniors offers independent living with a wealth of amenities and activities. Residents at Providence Manor respect, help, and care for each other, creating a supportive and welcoming environment. Regular special activities and support groups bring the community together, including birthday and holiday celebrations, Bible and Koranic studies, theatrical performances, and bus trips to historical and scenic sites.
