Wes Crile Park
Wes Crile Park, located at 1537 Norbert Terrace in Deltona, Florida, is a multi-faceted institution offering a gym, health facilities, and a beautiful park that serves as a popular tourist attraction. The park's Splash Pad will have a soft opening on May 13th from 10 am to 6 pm, and will be open on weekends only for the month of May. Starting May 30th, the Splash Pad will be open Tuesday through Sunday, with Mondays reserved for maintenance. Hours of operation are subject to change based on weather conditions. The gym is open to all ages Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm, and for youth (age 14 and under) from 3 to 7 pm. On weekends, the gym is open for youth from 10 am to 3 pm, and to all ages from 3 to 7 pm. The park is named after Wes Crile, the first Parks and Recreation Director of Volusia County, who played a key role in park development in the Deltona area. Please note that running, strollers, food, and drinks are not permitted in the Splash Pad area, and swim diapers are required for non-potty trained children.
