"I have used Just in Time Window Tinting for three other vehicles before my September 8th visit with no issues. I purchased a new vehicle in August and wanted to have window tinting done so I dropped it off around 12:30 pm on September 8th. Upon picking up my vehicle I noticed what looked like water lines on my door panel and dashboard. I called Justin (the owner) and expressed concern. He said to wipe it down and it should go away. It didn’t. The next day I brought the vehicle back. He claimed the damage was a manufactures defect and it wasn’t his fault. He was extremely rude and dismissive to my concerns. I proceeded to take the vehicle to the dealer and today I was informed that in fact it was Justin’s fault. Water was left on my dash and door panel for a long period of time which caused damage. I have pictures attached below. Justin caused $10,000 worth of damage to my brand new car. Do not go to him."
