"Agreed to wash/dry/fold as advertised on their website and windows. Three times they confirmed pick up dates from my business to pick up dirty towels, never came or communicated each time until they accumulated and I brought them to them myself. This last time they told me the owner thought I’d be bringing in bigger orders - I own a small cafe and never professed to be anything other than that - so he can’t do them. Meanwhile, the gentleman in front of me had 6 shirts but my two bags full wasn’t a large enough order? I wonder how they do wash/dry/fold for people that don’t bring ~40lbs a week to be serviced? Terrible service, communication, and business people."
