"Warning to all! Avoid this facility. I have never experienced the amount of disrespect or lack of care for my daughters health. The PA on duty on January 21st should not be allowed to practice medicine. I would not go to the extent to describe what I experienced because this will be addressed to their cooperate office. If you want your health addressed in a professional manner and treated with respect then seek it else where."

"Honestly if I could give no stars I would! I didn’t see the doctor for my daughter however the front lady was trying to charge me full price because THEIR system was down and couldn’t run my insurance however, everyone else in there was paying their normal co-pay. I also didn’t like that the two front desk people kept looking over at me and my daughter and proceeded to whisper about something then called me up to tell me about the 175$ charge. She kept telling me I needed to call the insurance company when I told her I wasn’t the primary holder . She then proceeded to pick up the phone but tells the other lady they (being me) need to pay the 175$ . After hearing all that I decided to just take my daughter to the ER down the road even though I’m very against going to the ER unless it is a serious emergency. So not only did we have to wait at urgent care for about 20-30 minutes dealing with that and not being seen I had to take my sick daughter on another drive to see a different doctor . Very insane all due to THEIR system being down . She did inform me I would be reimbursed but who wants to pay all that when you pay for insurance not to do that . Really doesn’t make sense and I’m very upset with this place ."

"Would highly recommend this place to anyone! Extremely friendly staff, very fast in & out, I didn't wait long at all. Went for my yearly physical & PPD for work. I have zero complaints, everything was great! I don't have any info about cost, but their service is worth it. Give it a try if you're in need of quick care."

"I went today requesting attention because I have a lot of respiratory difficulty and this is the urgent care closest to my house and the receptionist had a very aggressive attitude saying that they couldn't help me Because they only had one doctor working and I don't have an appointment. (They have walk-in care) a respiratory difficulty should be a priority for them. I do not recommend this place! Receptionists should also be trained to be able to define whether it is correct to deny care to a person who cannot breathe!"

"Dr. and all staff were super friendly. I was able to save my spot in line online for my daughter, which made getting in and out with a super sick kiddo easier. The nurse was so reassuring and patient with my daughter who was apprehensive about being swabbed in the nose and throat. Highly recommend for their compassion and efficiency."
