"We moved a lot when the kids were young and we’ve *never* encountered a peds clinic like this. Every visit here is enjoyable! From the attentive front desk team, the friendly Medical Assistants, brief wait time, and the patience Dr Soto has for our kids - this is consistently the epitome of excellent care. She talks directly to our kids and they become partners in their own care plan. The clinic is clean and beautifully cheerful, communicating with the clinic is easy, and making an appointment is simple on the app. Truly a five star experience all around. I count our blessings every time either one of our kids needs to be seen by Dr Soto!"
"This location is the worst. I have been a patient of UF Health for a long time and they have no patient care here. They make an appointment and take copays for everything, but then don’t even follow through with the appointment. When you come back because they tell you to bring something else, they still won’t see you or complete the request. Can’t even see a real doctor here. It seems as if no one knows what they are doing."
"They refuse to call or respond for patients when they are required to for prescriptions or pharmacies. Since Dr. Array left you have to beg to be taken care of. I will probably die of a heart attack before they call me back about my medications that arent being responded to. I can add proof they are not responding. If I could give this place zero stars I would"
"I have been coming since 1993 to this practice and their associated Pediatric office and they are amazing. ALWAYS helpful, they return calls, spend time versus rushing, etc. In today’s medical world, they are an anomaly, and a good one. We saw Dr. Susana Cassaglia for the first time yesterday and she was so kind and thorough with my daughter. You would be making a very good decision to see them."
