"Very quiet. Clean older park. Great place to fall back."
"My Aunt lives here. The residents are all very nice and they keep this little gem spotless and cute. The staff are also caring and helpful to her. Although the area it is in is a little rough, I feel she is safe there."
"Man y'all got your rating wrong I live here presently and these people don't even maintain this place its nasty looking the road is full of holes, the grass is always high. Most of the trailers are empty because you request to fix something and they can't keep a maintenance man around or woman for that matter.. The water pressure sucks and the hot water don't last long. I've been living here over 2 yrs so I know. I don't advise you to move here."
"They're called me to come and help him get up he had fallen. I had to call 911 to be able to get into the gate. Is there another way that could have been done?"
"The residents at this park are welcoming and it is a close knit community. Top notch park in a great location in the middle of everything. Beaches to the west, Sarasota close to the south and Manatee river are all a short distance away."
