"Nice people but do not seem too experienced, every question or concern I’m always told to go to the hospital! So why do they even practice to refer?! Dismissive staff and great availability bc no one goes here, no wonder! If you are pregnant be wary, they’ll try to induce early!"
"The office staff is very unprofessional and rude! I called about 2 weeks ago to get an appointment, and the lady booked and confirmed the appointment with me. I called back the morning of the appointment to confirm the time since I received no confirmation call the day before as usual, and they told me they had no appointment for me. The lady on the phone was very unapologetic, rude, and lacked empathy. She asked me again to verify the insurance information, and when I asked her to give me a minute, she hung up the phone on me. I will never be returning here again!"
"Incredible, I am so happy that this is the doctor and office that I chose for my maternity journey. Everyone is knowledgeable and not only that but so special. From the doctor, front desk , PA, Nurses, and the lab techs. Everyone goes above and beyond to not only help you feel safe, but also excited. I could not recommend this office enough. They are a team made up of angels."
"I've been going here for little over two years now and have only had maybe a handful of visits, however I have yet to see an actual Dr because a Dr is never available! I've only ever seen a nurse practioner. My last appt at the Flamingo office the staff had me wait for an hour after which time they told me I couldn't be seen because the Dr had a delivery. I asked if I could be seen by a nurse practioner and was told no they are all booked up despite having an appointment!! My appointment was at 2 it was now 3 o'clock, what was she doing from 2 to 3!!?? As a patient I felt like I was treated as though my time wasn't valuable and as though I wasn't important! I will be seeking a new obgyn office!"
