"This branch is the worst one including with the manager Susan Marie. She is so RUDE and disrespectful ! I’m costumer with Wells Fargo 13 years but i ever step again this branch until she work there! I hope the corporate will do something because i’m not the only one just not everyone writes reviews!!!! Have 2 ladies doing great customer service but anything they ask the manager she reject everything!"

"Very unhelpful. Can only handle very basic tasks inside branch. Anything more requires you to call their customer service number and sit on hold for hours. Been randomly locked out of my account more times than I can count and unable to access my money for days on end at times. Also smells really bad in this location right now, a lot like pee or something. Yikes"

"If I could give 0 I would. Not just this branch. I've been dealing with an inherited IRA for weeks. Trying to transfer out now. WF makes everything inconvenient for their customers."

"We have numbers of accounts at Wells Fargo. We need to close one. We walked into the lobby and were there was no one there who could help with an account. We then went to another nearby WF branch and were told the same thing. Wells Fargo could save a lot money by no longer having physical locations, just ATMs. If they don't offer banking services at a bank, then why have a bank?"

"This is by far the worst Wells Fargo branch I’ve ever done business with. All I do is try to deposit hundred of thousand of dollars a month into my business account yet the staff here invents reasons not to accept my money. One manager here tried to tell me I couldn’t deposit a check because they couldn’t verify the signature on the check from a check drawn from a different bank. Same manager told me a different time I couldn’t deposit a check because I wasn’t the signer on the check. None of these objections matter what so ever and makes no sense. Mind you I’m depositing only and never trying to get any cash back. If they treat me this way as a business then how do they treat the common variety customer? Beware this branch at all costs as all it will do is make your blood pressure rise."
