I cut my hair with Luisa and I do my nails with Kaianny and they are both spectacular totally recommended! The salon is owned by a Brazilian lady called Lydi and all her employees are very well experienced"

"What an amazing place to get your hair done everyone is so friendly and polite. I go there twice a week for my hair blow dry and I have used several of the hairdressers for my color and highlights at this location. Luisa is my absolute favorite. I’ve been going to this salon International Hair for the last 2 1/2 years and would happily recommend to everyone."

"Let me share with you the absolute worst hair salon experience I've ever had in my entire life. Despite booking an appointment in advance, my visit was nothing short of a disaster. Upon arriving, Julissa, the hairstylist I had scheduled with, informed me that she had only just noticed my appointment that morning. To make matters worse, she already had another client in the chair and insisted I wait for a staggering 20-25 minutes. Although I had an appointment, I reluctantly agreed to wait. After enduring a 15-minute wait, Julissa finally joined me and, in the most impolite manner, stated that she wouldn't touch my hair without knowing its history. I found her attitude incredibly rude, especially considering I was prepared to be a paying customer. I assured her that I had previously had blonde highlights and that my hair was remarkably strong, as other hairstylists had acknowledged. Nevertheless, she persisted in claiming that my hair would break, even though I had only requested partial highlights. I suggested conducting a strand test, but she begrudgingly agreed and led me to a consultation chair. As she let my hair down, she started making disapproving faces and shaking her head, proclaiming that she couldn't proceed and that I should return to my previous stylist, in the most disrespectful manner imaginable. I would like to speak with a manager immediately to address this appalling experience, vowing never to set foot in that salon again. The other international salon I visited later that day couldn't believe the rudeness I had encountered. If Julissa happens to be a manager herself, she desperately needs to learn how to treat customers with respect. Being the director of my own company, I know for a fact that if one of my employees ever spoke to a customer in such a demeaning manner and cost us business, they would be promptly terminated. I absolutely do not recommend this salon to anyone; it seems their only interest lies in catering to Portuguese-speaking individuals. Thank you"

"Balayage gone wrong! I don't recommend this place to anybody, I went to cut my hair but decided to have a Balayage to change my look to feel and look pretty. Unfortunately the lady that did my hair didn't have much experience ( I didn't know that) I saw the reviews were good and decided to try this place. Well now I regret it. I want a Balayage Ash color not so blonde, the lady spend 3 hours doing my hair, she went back and forth 3 times to prepare the product for my hair in the back of the salon instead of have a preparation table next to her to prepare everything, in the meantime my hair was getting lighter than I want it and she was rushing trying to finish quick but since don't have experience expend a lot time ruining my hair. It doesn't look natural at all. She not even know to cut hair or do a shampoo just not worth it. The owner was there and she even look mad when I refused to buy the hair products she offered to me. I'm stay at home mom and I spend a lot of money for nothing, now I'll have to wait and find somebody else to fix it. I don't like people that take vantage of others! They need to be honest or they will be losing credibility and costumers."
