"I've been coming to Dr Sood for close to two years now. Our previous Dr sadly passed away and we were in search of a new practitioner. His location in Dr Philips was very convenient for us, so we figured we give him a shot. I only have positive things to say. And I've used his services for me and my family at last 7 times. So this is not based on a one off visit. His Office team is extremely communicative when I'm in need of getting in touch with him or the office. Which to me is a big deal, because It says allot about how much they care about being there for their clients. They go above and beyond to getting me in to see the Dr. I've personally battled Covid over the last Year and Dr Sood not only got me in to see him(Virtually or in Person) but made sure he guided me based on blood work he ordered. Meaning he was very through with what med's he wanted to give me. Even when he was not in town because of a medical conference, he still made sure he and his team treated me. "Doctor seems to just want to get you in and out. His wife seems to work at office and has a very stand-off way of talking. Each time I have visited have had some kind of issue with either referral or medication. They will blame staff or software but clearly issue is doctor and one woman who might be his wife. Very horrible experience!"

"The provider himself was fine, it’s his receptionist that is incredibly rude. I had been having reception issues with my phone and the call kept failing so I had to try multiple times to get through. When I finally got a hold of them the woman was so rude to me and kept shoving it in my face that I had called so many times. I apologized and told her I was having some issues and she still was impatient with me. She asked me to confirm my name and date of birth then proceeded to say word for word “so what do you want from us”. I was so offput by her attitude and lack of patience. She then asked me what it was that I needed my lab results “so desperately for” in her exact words. I was fine with the doctor himself, but because of how rude this woman was I will not be going back to that office. I urge anyone to stay away from this office unless you want to deal with their unprofessionalism."
