"Don't bother! Always understaffed, wait times are ridiculous. It sometimes takes a 570 mins just for intake check-in. Then another 30-50 min wait to be called to a donor bed, then 20-30 minutes to have a phlebotomist connect you, then 50-80 minutes to donate, and another wait to be disconnected. So if you're doing the math... 2.8 hours minimum, with 3-4 hours being common. IF you have NO other options for income, go ahead, but I think panhandlers do better per hour. I've been going twice a week for 9 months but it's gotten bad. Even the director does not care! She's totally flippant about it. The customer-facing employees are great, despite being overworked and overloaded, and despite having upper management who don't seem to care. The facility is clean and protocols are strictly followed. They just need more help. I might go back if they can resolve staffing issues."

"I haven’t been there in over a year because it seem like it was hard for someone to stick my veins properly So I kinda gave up. But I decided to give it another try and Tawana did fantastically as she always had. She just isn’t always on shift when you go. I didn’t even feel the needle go in and she left me with no bruising. those are very important things."

"All OctaPharma personnel were polite, respectful and quick. Inside the facility everything is clean including restrooms. The A/C temperature is cool but comfortable, but some people might need a light jacket or sweater. The whole plasma donation process was easy and unclear to understand. Thank you OCTAPHARMA!"

"I want to give a good review I honestly do. However after having your stabbers blow two veins in under a month along with extreme wait times, 5 windows but only one intake person ( this sounds like Walmart). Constantly understaffed, I just can't give a good review. I've stood in line for an hour and a half while watching your intake person accomplish 4 people. This just isn't right something needs to change HIRE MORE PEOPLE you can't run on a skeleton crew.....UPDATE AFTER HAVING TO LEAVE TO GO TO WORK YALL CUT MY PAY IN HALF SHAME SHAME.
