Veteran Excursions to Sea (V.E.T.S.) is a non-profit organization based in Port Charlotte, Florida, dedicated to providing recreational and therapeutic fishing experiences for military veterans. Located at 320 Kensington Street, V.E.T.S. offers veterans the opportunity to connect with nature, bond with fellow service members, and enjoy a day out on the water. Eagle 6 Adventures is a nonprofit institution located at 19000 Midway Boulevard in Port Charlotte, Florida, United States. Our services are free of charge for Veterans, First Responders, and Gold Star Families. Founded by Stacey Corn, a retired Army veteran with firsthand experience of PTSD, our mission is to provide support and healing through outdoor activities on the water. Our vision extends beyond Florida, aiming to support individuals and families nationwide. We understand that trauma affects not only the individual but also their loved ones, which is why we encourage families to join in our activities. By focusing on fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking, and other water-based adventures, we provide a sense of purpose and release for those struggling with PTSD.
