"We love coming to stay at this condominium! The pool is fantastic and the beach access cannot be closer. Beautifully landscaped, covered parking, what a beautiful place. It’s also right across from the marina and a strip mall so walking to shops is easy."
"Perhaps, if previous reviewer kristi jenkins, wants someone to clean up after her while on vacation, she should rent a room at the Windham, down the road where they have maids. The Creciente is Not a resort that have maids to clean up after you. The owners there take great pride in their " homes " and want to keep it nice. So, if you follow the rules set by management, you should not have any issues."

"Lovely property and amenities however non-owners and their visitors are really not welcome and under scrutiny all the time. An owner knocked on the door of the condo I was staying in with my family to demand that I clean up the sand in the hallway "because he traced our footprints from the elevator". Also, my teenage grandsons were quizzed as to who they were visiting more then once in the 5 days they were at Creciente: twice while playing billiards and once in the pool. One needs a tough skin to stay here because the owners are quite territorial and salty."
