"I recently stop going here I was recommended and was told to book with Gurliene. I have did went to her a few times. Upon my last visit there she inform me she will be running late and if I was okay for someone to do my lash. I wasn’t sure but she said the other lash tech was good as her. No the experience was horrible the lash was falling out bad by the third day they were all out. But this was the kicker she was not late that day or nothing she was doing somebody lashes at the same time. For some reason I can respond to her reply but I can definitely drop receipts my appointment was at 10am and you lied and said you will be running late but you lied cause when she was done I seen you right next to me doing a client lash. I was suppose to get a hybrid full set"

"Don’t waste your time with their lash lift services. After doing it twice and one day was told to wait until I put mascara on. Even with mascara absolutely no results. I’ve had lash lift done several times in past and mascara was not needed. Then after was told refund would be given but was never refunded. Don’t waste your time or money."

"I’ve been going to Guirlene for 5+ years. A consistent and loyal customer. I have referred countless people to her and yet her unprofessionalism is at an all time high. I had set up an appt with her on a Friday where she asked me if I could allow a newer tech to service me. I was skeptical because I hadn’t gone to anyone beside her. She assured me that my lashes would be on point and the retention would be the same as hers. I had vacation coming up the following week on Wednesday. She assured me that if I had any issues from Friday up till the day before my vacay, that she would resolve the issue. Saturday came around and I woke up to a significant amount of lashes on my sheets. I called Guirlene and no response. By Monday, more lashes had fallen out and when I tried to contact her during business hours; no response. She was clearly screening my calls and texts. When I finally reached her off someone’s else’s number, she answered and told me she would call me back. She never did. Tuesday rolled around and I decided to go to her salon unannounced. She fixed the issue. No apology or explanation was offered as to why she wasn’t responding to me. Her work is great but her professionalism has gotten trash as of late."

She is the sweetest, and she always makes sure you’re leaving happy & satisfied with your lashes. The shop is clean, everyone is so welcoming, and it’s very aesthetically pleasing.
