She handles simple matters without over complication, and handles complex matters in a way that make them easy for me to understand. She is super fast to respond to emails, and is razor sharp in her attention to detail. Here are just a few examples of her impeccable work - successfully lodged my PPP application without fuss or needing my time and input - reviewed financials of my company and suggested a sensible structural change which makes more sense and reduces complexity - paid some of my outstanding bills whilst we were overseas to meet immediate deadlines which I could then reimburse - noticed errors in a past return (lodged from a different firm) and gave me detailed for/against analysis as to a tax amendment case - provided great clarity around foreign income tax and claimable aspects of private health insurance - handled the switch from my the previous accounting firm with ease and courtesy, notifying all appropriate parties and changing all contact details on my behalf My family and I travel a lot and we plan to keep using Alycia for our US accounting no matter where we are located.
