"Worst customer service ever. Lazy, disinterested "clerks". Because I was looking at the shelf and not bringing anything to the register I was ignored. When a second customer came in they again ignored me and asked if they could help him. Finally I was asked "can I help you?" which took every ounce of effort he could muster. When I said yes can you come out and look at the products on the shelf with me, he just stared at me until finally saying something to someone in the back room and walked back into the office completely ignoring that I said yes. I walked out and will go somewhere else."

"Tyler Kramer helped us with a custom made stain for a patch on an antique heart pine wood floor. We received excellent customer service. And he truly has a gift with making colors. We will definitely recommend him to others who need help with colors. And we will be back. Thanks again."

"I went to Sherman-Williams to get some paint end there was a employee there I believe her name was Nicole she was so sweet and so helpful and tried to help me figure out exactly what I needed for the job I was getting to do a manager came over and took over what she was doing this female manager was not any help at all the young lady Nicole helped me out way more than this girl did I want ended up taking some products that was suggested from the manager back and I went to a different paint store. I really wish she would have let Nicole continue to help me. As far as I can see she was the smartest one in the store. These stores need more people like her"
