"The meat was very tender. Julia, our server, was great. Seating was semi-private and intimate. This is an experience. Be prepared to spend a little to learn fondue. It was fun and delicious. Also, if you're a bariatric patient, it's a perfect dinner for you."

"Drove over 45 minutes to make it to the closest melting pot, and it was totally worth it! Everything was delicious and our server was excellent. We got the big night out for three and ended with flambé turtle chocolate dessert. Absolutely incredible. Can’t wait to come back again!"

"This is more of an experience and a place to hang with friends then it is a place to eat. While they have a variety of meats, and cheeses the food isn't great. It is ok. The appetizer is, as you'd expect, a cool bowl of melted cheese that is prepped in front of you. There is a good selection of breads and veggies for you to dip and enjoy. I love cheese so it's hard to go wrong with melty cheese and bread. There is a salad as well that's nice. The main course lets you choose from a selection of preselected meats, or you can choose your own selection, along with a base to cook them in, which are supposed to have their own flavor profile. Any seasoning or flair that is on the meat is eradicated once you put it in the boiling base. You can use their web based timers for the different meats, but you are essentially boiling meat. The flavor was pretty much boiled meat. If you lose track of time, that will be a very sad piece of meat. Almost none of the seasoning comes through, and the varied bases seem to impact only minimal flavor. The desert course is fun. I love chocolate and anything chocolate based so I may be a bit biased in that respect. In the end, would I go back? Most likely not, unless I have family or friends coming to visit and they've never tried it. At about $170 bucks for mostly cheese, bread and some (so called) finer cuts of meat, for just 2 people (including 20% tip) is a bit much but because of the time it takes to go through it all and the interaction needed, it ranks as an experience rather than an actual food restaurant. If you haven't tried it and are looking for a new experience eating out, give them a try. If you're looking to wow a significant other or have fun with the family, this could be for you, but expect a rather large bill in either case. If you're looking for a nice place to eat good food with normal portions, this is not the place for you... Or me for that matter."
