Divergent Academics

"Divergent Academics is a wonderful and professional learning center. Mrs. Stefanie focuses on offering a safe space for individually tailored educational advancement and learning opportunities. The center has a state of the art security system installed to further benefit the safety of each family’s student(s) that learn at the facility. Mrs.Stephanie always prioritizes comfort and safety along with education. We can personally attest to what an incredible resource she has been in helping our family transition from Public School to Homeschool. She work hard to greatly shift the anxiety we had over how we would manage this new venture. We owe a great bit of gratitude to Divergent Academics for easing those worries. After one year, both our children are confidently working a grade level above the peers their age! Even more importantly though, our children are comfortable, safe and happy. Stephanie is very personable and works diligently to tutor kids on numerous subjects. We are so blessed to have received a recommendation for her learning center. Post Pandemic Wave we are incredibly impressed with how resilient, flexible and positive Mrs. Stephanie has proven to be. In less then a week of the government mandated lock down, she reach immediately reached out to all her parents and students to work out how to best safely minimize the impact of the situation on each family and their Student. She immediately, closed and sanitized her work space and classroom and stock up on hand soaps, sanitizer sand cleaning supplies. She reschedule students, so that each student or family set of pupils would have access to a completely private learning session. After each session is engaged she endeavors to re-sanitized the work space. For those whom choose to stay home, Mrs. Stephanie quickly learn how to set up and use the Zoom App so she could offer virtual distant learning tutoring lessons for each student. She also set up a new website to share learning aids and materials with all her students. These collective measures taken per cdc guidance helped keep families safe and to prevent the risk of viral transmission. Mrs. Stefanie’s most endearing quality is her large-heartedness, as she genuinely cares about each student and invests a lot of time and hard work in exceeding each families educational expectations."
