"Excellent location. We especially enjoyed being able to talk to Hive bakery - cafe. The house was well suited to our group of 7 adults attending our son’s wedding. Beautiful heated pool. The host / managing company was incredibly responsive to the few issues that occurred during our stay."

"We had a wonderful week at Sand Key. We opted for the early check in and the house was ready as soon as we arrived from the airport. The house was complete with everything we needed for the week. The linens, sheets, and towels were comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for grilling and cooking a few family dinners. My kids swam in the pool for hours on end and thoroughly enjoyed the waterfall and hot tub. There was an iguana who would come check out the waterfall daily and my kids had a blast watching him. We spent a lot of time playing ping pong and pool in the game room and we appreciated the house having all the beach gear we needed (chairs, beach buggy, umbrellas, etc.) The proximity to the beach was a pleasant surprise and was less than a 2 minute walk and an easy trip for toddlers and grandparents alike. We also elected to rent the golf cart for the week and my kids enjoyed bed time cruises with the lights on and their favorite songs playing. Although the golf cart is fully capable, we did not feel entirely comfortable taking the golf cart on A1A highway with the kids and so we stuck to the side streets. In total it was one of the best family vacations we’ve had. The hosts were responsive and ensured we had a great experience. We will be back."

"Absolutely gorgeous! Our dream home. The service is outstanding, kind and friendly. It’s not inexpensive to stay at a nice place in Florida during the winter and we stayed at some sub-par places in our day. This one is worth every single penny; the neighborhood is convenient and gorgeous. There are wonderful places around to enjoy from restaurants and coffee bars to cute bars on the water. If you like to work out try ProPilates across the bridge. It was a life changing experience. Brilliant visit. We will be back if it’s not booked!"

"We enjoyed a wonderful weekend get away and stayed with Latitude Key at their Breakers 1 location. It was exactly as represented in their pictures and included everything we needed to enjoy a beach vacation. I have a family of 4, with 2 teenage boys 15 and 17. The room was plentiful and 2 king beds were perfect for my tall family! It was perfect! Location was great - the boys were able to go to the beach on their own and enjoy lunch down the street. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. I highly recommend staying with Latitude Key!!"
